Chris Daltorio is a seasoned manager with experience leading several talented groups of professionals, most recently as the CEO of Slazenger Golf. His exposure to private clubs throughout the United States is what shapes his vision and sets his ideas apart from other lake developers. Additionally, Chris is a Lake Gaston property owner and a member of the Lake Gaston Chamber of Commerce.

Sid Cutts is a second-generation community developer, bringing over 20 years experience in the building industry to Eaton’s Crossing. His trademark historic style home building and commitment to adding value to the land entrusted to him are the basis of the Eaton’s Crossing community architecture. Sid’s commitment to our lake home community brings him to the property on a daily basis. He is also a property owner at Lake Gaston, and a member of the Lake Gaston Chamber of Commerce.
