Lake Gaston Developer Gives Back to the Community

For Immediate Release

(RALEIGH NC, March 26, 2008)-- Redtail Gaston LLC
, developer of Eaton’s Crossing, a new, upscale community on Lake Gaston in Warren County,  donated more than $50,000 to North Carolina charities during its first year of operation. The majority of these funds were given to charitable organizations in Warren County.  With the significant dollar amount donated by Redtail Gaston and Eaton’s Crossing, the company would be ranked in the top 20 overall for charitable giving in the Triangle Business Journal’s 2008 Annual Book of Lists, and as one of the List’s top two developers.

”It’s important for us to support our community and have a positive impact in the region by giving back,” said Sid Cutts, Project Manager and Partner for Eaton’s Crossing.  “In fact, two of our company’s partners, including myself, built homes on Lake Gaston years ago, and the other partners have purchased homesites in Eaton’s Crossing and plan to build homes as well. Because of our commitment to and appreciation of the people of Warren County, most of our charitable giving has been to organizations and programs in that County. We look forward to continued mutual success and growth in the years to come.”

Eaton’s Crossing, a 90-minute drive from Raleigh, is being developed on Lake Gaston, an unspoiled, pristine, clear-water lake between Raleigh and Richmond, Virginia. The lake offers 440 miles of shoreline and features deep water and natural beach areas. Redtail Gaston is taking land that previously served as an old dilapidated campground and is transforming it into the luxurious Eaton’s Crossing. The community will feature the Eaton’s Crossing Club with swim center, numerous boat houses and miles of nature trails. Stringent deed restrictions and architectural requirements are in place to ensure that Eaton’s Crossing remains an upscale, prestigious community.

Redtail Gaston was formed in 2007 and has its corporate headquarters in the Research Triangle Park region.  For more information on Redtail Gaston or Eaton’s Crossing, visit www.eatonscrossing.com.
